Drifting to flowery herbal notes, plum, pomegranate, dark fruits, lightly oaked with balanced tannins. Finishes with sweet fruit lingering across the palate. • Pair with a Muscovy duck salad 2006 Sorensen Sangiovese • Ciel du Cheval Vineyard on Red Mountain • 100% Sangiovese • 100 cases produced • A classic Chianti nose showing light cane fruits. On the palate I enjoy subtle raspberry notes in this medium bodied wine.
